[Chain News] PANews, June 25 - The U.S. Capitol is engaged in a fierce battle over the legislative strategy for crypto assets. Republican members of both the House and Senate, as well as those within the crypto industry, are discussing whether the GENIUS Act should be bundled with the Market Structure Act for advancement, or passed separately. Some industry giants support bundling, but the DeFi community prefers to expedite the GENIUS Act's implementation. President Trump has also publicly urged the House to pass a "clean" GENIUS Act at "lightning speed." Meanwhile, several Republican senators lean towards passing the GENIUS Act separately first. Currently, opinions are not unified, and the legislative outlook remains uncertain.
