[Chain News] According to reports, a source revealed that an intruder accessed the devices of North Korean IT personnel and discovered that their small team obtained developer positions through over 30 fake identities, used government IDs to purchase certain online platform accounts, and conducted work via remote desktop software. The related data includes cloud drive exports, browser profiles, and screenshots. The wallet address 0x78e1 is closely related to a $680,000 attack on a certain platform in June 2025, with more North Korean IT personnel also being identified. The team utilized a certain technology company's products to arrange tasks, purchase SSN, AI subscriptions, and VPN, among others. Some browsing records show frequent use of online translation tools to translate Korean, with the IP address located in Russia. The negligence of the recruiters and the lack of cooperation between services have become the main challenges in combating such activities.
