Shanghai recently hosted a blockchain technology conference. From July 18 to 20, blockchain experts from China, the United States, and Canada gathered to discuss the future development direction of Web3 technology. The conference, themed "Technology Builds Trust and Opens the World", deeply explored the innovative applications of blockchain technology and its importance in the Web3 era.
A major highlight of the conference was the release of Conflux Tree Graph Public Chain 3.0. As one of the internationally leading public chain systems, this upgrade will provide more advanced Web3 infrastructure support for global Blockchain developers and users.
Recently, new concepts derived from blockchain technology, such as stablecoins and RWA (real-world assets), have attracted widespread attention. These innovations are part of the Web3 ecosystem, which can provide users with more reliable digital rights protection compared to the current mainstream Web2. In this context, developing a self-controllable, high-performance public chain system is of great significance for promoting the construction of the Web3 ecosystem under the "Belt and Road" initiative.
The Tree-Graph Blockchain is a public chain system independently developed by a Chinese research team. The core members of the team come from Tsinghua University, where they broke through traditional thinking and innovatively proposed a high-performance consensus algorithm based on the Tree-Graph structure. Dr. Long Fan, the director of the Shanghai Tree-Graph Blockchain Research Institute, reviewed the project's development process at the conference, emphasizing Shanghai's important role in the project's development, with both the testnet and mainnet being launched here.
The conference not only showcased China's technological strength in the blockchain field but also provided new ideas for the development of the global Web3 ecosystem. With the launch of the Shutu public chain 3.0, we have reason to expect that this technology will play a role in a broader range of fields in the future, promoting the healthy development of the Web3 ecosystem.
