The attacker used social engineering techniques to gain access to the victim's Wallet, transferring 3,520 BTC (worth $330.7 million). The stolen funds were quickly laundered through more than 6 instant trading platforms and exchanged for Privacy Coin XMR, leading to a surge in XMR price. BlockBeats previously reported that on April 28, a suspicious transfer occurred at a certain Address, amounting to 3,520 Bitcoins (approximately $330.7 million).
