The New York Attorney General seeks to subpoena the thief of $2.2 million in Cryptocurrency through Non-fungible Tokens
Golden Finance reported that James Letitia, the Attorney General of New York, is suing fraudsters suspected of stealing $2.2 million worth of Cryptocurrency. The office of James Letitia said on Thursday that they plan to subpoena these unidentified fraudsters by placing a Non-fungible Token into the fraudsters' Cryptocurrency Wallet. This Non-fungible Token will contain a link to a website with detailed legal documents. The office stated that this will be the first time that regulators use a Non-fungible Token to subpoena alleged criminals.
