The SEC has returned the S-1 form to the potential Ethereum ETF issuer with a few comments, requesting to address the issues and resubmit.

Golden Finance reported that the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States has returned the S-1 form to the potential Ethereum ETF issuer with a small amount of comments, requiring them to address the issues and resubmit. Sources said that at least one more round of review is required before these measures can take effect, and the issuer has been asked to address these comments and resubmit them by July 8th. Sources pointed out that after the form is returned, this will not be the final declaration. This means that at least one more declaration is required before the ETF can start trading finally.
