The European Central Bank announced that 48 participants are involved in a wholesale DLT trial.
Golden Finance reported that the European Central Bank has announced the second batch of participants to be tested next month. Not less than 15 market DLT operators participated in the trial, including two DLT pilot system candidates. Most major banks with their own platforms are involved, including Credit Agricole CIB, Euroclear (DFMI), Goldman Sachs (GDAP), HSBC (Orion), Iberclear, JPMorgan, Societe Generale Forge, and UBS (Tokenize). The two DLT pilot regulatory candidates are 21X from Germany and Axiology from Lithuania. Although they have not yet been put into operation due to their applications still pending, both have hybrid transaction and settlement systems (DLT TSS).
