Overview of Sui Liquid Staking Hackathon Finalists

After more than 40 days of registration and selection, the final shortlist for the Sui liquid staking Hacker Marathon has been announced. Six teams from each track have successfully advanced to the Demo Day stage. Let's take a look at these shortlisted projects.

Shortlisted Projects

1. Aftermath Finance One-stop decentralized trading platform that offers CLOB settlements for spot, perpetual contracts, and options, as well as CMMM features for long-tail assets and indices.

2. DegenHive Combining the innovative governance model of centralized liquidity DEX and NFT, committed to unleashing the potential of $SUI on the Sui network.

3. Haedal Protocol Allow users to stake $SUI and receive haSUI tokens as rewards, while also participating in DeFi activities to earn additional profits.

4. Interest Protocol A DeFi protocol that supports swapping and lending, where liquidity providers can use LP tokens as collateral to borrow Sui Dollar stablecoin.

5. SUISA Allow users to stake $SUI to obtain stSUI tokens, and use stSUI to mint NFTs.

6. Volo By providing voloSUI tokens, help users maximize the utility and liquidity of SUI.

LST DeFi and tool track

1. Aftermath Finance Same as the above description.

2. Bucket Protocol A non-custodial, immutable, and governance-free CDP protocol that allows users to collateralize various tokens to obtain the desired Token.

3. Desig Provide a multi-signature solution suitable for all chains, compatible with all DApps on EVM and non-EVM chains.

4. Kana Labs User-friendly applications aimed at DeFi and GameFi.

5. Legato Provide fixed-rate solutions for liquid staking assets and predict annual interest rate fluctuations on Sui.

6. Wisp Swap Decentralized trading and prediction markets, using an asymmetric concentrated liquidity DEX model with automatically adjusting parameters.

Demo Day Details

• Time: September 29, 12:00 - 15:00 (GMT+8)
• Format: Live streaming via StreamYard
• Process:
  • Each team has 10 minutes of presentation time (5 minutes for demonstration + 5 minutes for Q&A)
  • Sponsor showcase session (including Alibaba Cloud, MoveBit, OtterSec)

Review Method

• The jury is composed of various aspects selected by the Sui Foundation and partners.
• Use preset scoring criteria to calculate the average score after excluding the highest and lowest scores.
• The results will be announced on October 2.

This hackathon is jointly sponsored by the Sui Foundation and several well-known institutions, aimed at promoting the innovative development of the Sui ecosystem.
